Training Racing Drivers of the Future

Since we started, it was our aim to develop racing drivers and give everyone a chance to race. And now with just over 2 years of running, we're realizing our objective. We’re taking drivers with little to no experience in motorsports, to be racing competitively.

Brad Dias

Brad is a young upcoming driver based in Hong Kong, he started properly sim racing with us towards the end of 2015, and finished second in the very first Macau GP challenge we had.

A few months later, he attended a shootout where he achieved a scholarship to race in the MRF Formula Ford 1600 Championship in India. He finished a tough season ahead of many seasoned drivers despite having no extra testing.

After the end of 2016, he got a last minute opportunity and competed in the final round of the Asian Formula Renault Series with BlackArts Racing. In his first race weekend, with only one day of practice in the car, he  got a 2nd place in qualifying, a pole position, and 2 podium finishes

How did he do it?  He believes practicing with the Formula Renault on our sims had played a big role to help him prepare, and work on various aspects of his driving.

Here’s what he's had to say:

ProRacing is probably one of the best professional sim center's in Hong Kong to get practicing and racing often. They have the tools to analyse your driving, it's very realistic, and you can also compare your performance against very some fast professional racing drivers.

It's also great that they have 7 simulators, because that allows you to race alongside some very fast drivers.

This year Brad will be racing in the 2017 Asian Formula Renault Championship.

PolyU Formula Racing Team

Apart from training individual drivers, we're also able to support teams who are preparing for upcoming competitions at our centre.

We're very happy to be the Title Sponsor for the Hong Kong PolyU Racing Team. They'll be the first team to represent Hong Kong in the Formula SAE competition.

The team will be doing driver training at our centre, and we wish them all the best in their upcoming FSEC competition in Shanghai later this year.

Blancpain GT4 TTR Team

Finally we're incredibly proud to work with Terence Tse and Tony Fong of TTR Team SARD, who are racing this year in the 2017 Blancpain GT Asia Series.

They'll be racing in the GT4 category in the Porsche Cayman GT4 car. We wish them a successful season ahead and will do our very best to prepare them for all the new tracks they'll be racing at.

Want to get started?

It's ideal to start your racing career with sim racing, as the same techniques are totally relevant on the real track. Practice the right skills, on the right equipment, and you can be sure that you will progress quicker on track, while saving money.

With our collaboration with Hong Kong Racing School for Motorsports. We're also training many other young drivers who are looking to get their start in racing. All in a safe environment along with expert guidance.
